Terms of Use

The terms and conditions governing your access to and use of Creda Technologies’ websites, portals, APIs, and related identity, credential governance, and compliance infrastructure.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Creda Technologies, LLC ("Creda Technologies," "we," "our," or "us") and any individual or entity that accesses or uses our websites, portals, APIs, SDKs, or services (collectively, the "Services").

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (such as a hospital system, airport authority, financial institution, or government agency), you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization’s behalf. Important: These Terms are separate from any enterprise agreement, business associate agreement (BAA), data processing addendum (DPA), or other contract that may govern the commercial relationship between Creda Technologies and an organization. In the event of a conflict, the signed enterprise agreement will generally control for that relationship.

These Terms, together with any additional terms referenced or agreed in writing (including enterprise agreements where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and Creda Technologies with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
